We had a central exhaust fan go our on our small office building. Most of the companies we we contacted were too busy to come out for weeks, and wanted us to sign a service contract to do any work at all. Walt came out looked at our situation and quoted us to repair what we had, or to replace in kind. We decided to upgrade to a more efficient system and he redid the quote for that. He then sorted out a control system for the more efficient system. He was very professional throughout. He will now be our tech when we have a problem with our HVAC equipment.
