Rick was very professional. When I talked to him he asked about my pipe leak and was able to give m a possible workaround until he get here. No other plumbing company I talked to even asked for any information. He showed up on time, fixed the leak quickly and very reasonably. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs and recommend him to my friends.

14 year old, 75 gal water heater just quit! Called 3 companies for quotes. All priced pretty close. Rick , owner of RWM Plumbing Services was the only one that asked me if I had a master bathroom hot tub. This was a very critical question as it took nearly 70 gals to fill it. Other companies tried to sell me on a 50 gal high efficiency unit(without asking that question). Service was exceptional by Rick. Highly recommend his company!

There are not many things worse that waking up to a flooded floor and no hot water! Rick with RMW was able to come out the next morning, reviewed the situation, gave us a detailed quote and was back the next day to repair. He and his team were professional and they did a great job. No surprises on the cost either! Thanks RMW!!

Rick with RMW plumbing was very accommodating. We found that we had a leak and we’re planning some travel around a holiday. RMW was able to schedule us on New Year’s Eve day. Was on time and called before arriving. The leak was hard to find and involved a newly installed dishwasher. Rick was able to fix the leak and our holiday proceeded on schedule. I would recommend them and will call them when I need help in the future.
