Been doing busy with Preferred Shipping for 3 yrs. On Oct 4 got a quote for 2 pallets to be imported from Taiwan. they were given the weights & dimensions on Oct 5, told to pickup and deliver, given a delivery date of Oct 12. Shipment as in LA Customs on Oct 13 with issues due to lack of paperwork from Preferred Shipping DHL had to call our office to get information. Oct 17 9 AM told that they would let me know the time of delivery and still no response, still waiting for shipment to be delivered at 1 PM. Told that we did not have a file with them after 3 yrs of doing business. Did not have the
