Established in the peninsula Bay Area, we're both a party supplies as well as Party Rentals company. We are here to make your parties and events a memorable experience. Choose from our various themes and make your event unique. We're fully insured, family owned California Incorporated Company and adhere to strict industry standards and regulations.
IMPORTANT RENTAL PICKUP/RETURN DIRECTIONS: Please follow these directions carefully (Check the picture below, and download it to your phone) to our store, especially if you've more than 10 chairs or more rentals to pickup or return. Because, if you miss the rental entrance it takes longer to get back to the same entrance.
Assist in party decorations, planning and balloon decorations and other creative decorative party work. During training $18/hr and based on training/review up to - $20 /hr + performance Bonus. Party Rental Delivery Drivers required from Friday afternoon - Sunday evening (Flexible alternate weekends schedule available).
Our event lighting is cost effective solution when you are in a budget or cannot afford the DJ level pricing for lighting. If you are our rental customer and have Photo Booth or other rentals over $300 we give you up to 50% off on some of our special lighting packages. For other customers our pricing for the lighting packages are very competitive.

Update! I've used them for baptisms, my wedding, and my sister will be using them for her wedding as well. Was going to use them for my daughter's birthday but then COVID hit and we had to cancel the party. Still awesome. Still using them. I'm a loyal fan/customer of Lisa's fo' life! She's so easy to work with & has the best prices & quality!

Did you know there's a helium shortage? I sure as heck did not and waited until the week before to start sourcing for helium balloons with delivery for a photo shoot. A nearby company that shall not be named strung me along for several days and tried to get me to change my time for delivery then bailed on me last minute.
Then I called Jax Party Supply and Rental and left a message stating I wanted balloons for delivery. Lisa called me back shortly and she is aaaaaaaaamazing. I initially thought I needed a ton of balloons which would have cost $400-$500. I sent her photos of what I was looking

We rented a photobooth for the first time at a recent company event, and the folks at Jax were wonderful to work with. We hired Jax to operate a photo booth for a 50th BD party at Hiller Aviation Museum. They arrived promptly, set up everything including some really fun props and were as professional as we could hope for. The entire process with them by email was also very professional with good options for our memory book that each guest could sign and add their personal photos.

Loved working with Jax! Such a professional team from responding quickly to emails (thank you Lisa and Tony) , to the setup and breakdown. They were just wonderful ! They provided the balloons , wireless Bluetooth speakers , and the photo booth along with props and 2 attendants . They definitely made a huge diff in how the party turned out with the items provided . The two booth attendants for the photo booth were so kind and professional (sorry I didn't get your na. Amazing service! If you have a party, you're counting on people to be reliable and tuned to your needs. I spoke with Lisa on the telephone, and she was attentive, responsive, and interested in working with me.

We ended up needing to rent a couple canopies due to rain for our son's 5th birthday party which we hosted in our back-yard. We also rented tables and chairs.
I shopped around and even though we live in Mtn. View and Jax is in Foster City, we went with them due to competitive pricing (I was specifically looking for canopies with side panels, needed set-up services and sandbags to hold them down, etc.).

This was my first time renting a photo booth, and this is the only place I will use going forward! Their prices were very reasonable compared with other places, and the staff were really responsive. They just made it really easy to check this off my to-do list. The night of the event, our attendant, Paul, was AWESOME. Super friendly and delivered on everything promised. We dealt with Paul and Lisa to arrange an event for our 18th's bday party which was a Mexican theme. They were very accommodating and responsive and even discounted a few things which they did not have to. As an example, we forgot to order an extra tablecloth and they sent someone out and did not charge us.
They also rent a convenient Pinata apparatus which worked well and was a lot of fun.
They seem to offer services for all age ranges and we cannot recommend them more highly.

I rented tables and chairs for a large 4th of July party. Jax provided excellent communication regarding my order, confirming delivery and pick up time. Tony was great and easy to deal with. The tables and chairs were all in excellent condition & the fees are very reasonable. Will absolutely use Jax again for my rental needs.

They give excellent customer service! Their products are easy to use and helpful with instructions if you need it. They give excellent discounts from time to time and offer Foster City deliveries a discount. I rented their cotton candy, popcorn, & snow cone package a couple of times and all machines are so easy to use. Popcorn tastes fresh and seasoned perfectly without adding anything to their popcorn packages. They offer an excellent variety of snow cone flavors and cotton candy flavors.

I found jax for a list minute booking days before my event 3 years ago. I have used them almost every year since and they are great. Almost every event I have with them a guest from my party ends up booking with them for their event. They are dependable, reliable, and offer exceptional service. I will continue to use them as my only photo booth option for years to come.

We used them for the first time for a small event and had a great experience. Very professional and good customer service. Free delivery option is excellent! I will definitely use them in the future.
The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to limited linen colors selection (table covers) . I wish they had more linen colors other than white and beige.

I have worked with Lisa and Paul on many parties and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are super hard-working and always have a positive attitude and it makes working with them so much fun! I have worked with other balloon vendors in the past and they are nowhere near as flexible and creative as Lisa and Paul. They get the job done and create beautiful balloon decor to enhance your party (no matter how big or small). I am so thankful I found them since it makes my job as a party planner SO much easier to work with consistently reliable people!

It was so easy to work with them. Almost everything in one place. We just called them initially for Tent and tables and chairs. We were a little out of the way from the service area, and they were really great in accommodating us. They mentioned for the princess party, they had princess themed bounce house that goes along with the party decorations, tableware , balloons all princess themed. They also gave a 50% off on their photo booth where we could actually do a princess theme background for the photos. The bounce house was amazing. Nice and clean. We forgot to tell them we had few weird stairs
