Love the inn for a good meal. We like to sit on the deck with a view of the Roebling bridge over the Delaware river. Last time there we were watching the Eagles flying around over the river.
The food has always been good. I always found the portions to be quite acceptable at a very reasonable price. I have never had a desert of any kind since I never have room left over. I was going to give five stars, but feel 4 1/2 is a better rating.
We travel a pretty far distance ( over an hour) just to eat at the inn. We normally spend some time at the bridge as well. But. it's a nice destination for us

We stayed to go see my folks. Since we're a big family and we're all up, it was rough for us to fit in their house. My husband and I rented a room and we were thrilled to pieces. The room was incredibly comfortable. Air conditioned, which helped because during our stay we had some real hot days. The bed was very very comfortable. There was even a little coffee pot so we could have some coffee before spending the day to see my folks. There's a bar there too and it looked really nice.
All in all, this was a really nice place to stay!

I stayed here for the first time this week. The place is an old county inn with character. My room was newly remodeled and clean. The restaurant served up a good supper and the bar was lively and an easy place to strike up conversations with the locals. The Delaware River Valley is beautiful and the area has some history. Enjoy your stay.

Love this place. The price is great. Chris and Barbara are incredibly helpful. Even going so far as to give me and a bunch of friends a ride up river for a tubing trip. Food is solid and incredibly reasonably priced. Wifi can be spotty which is a bummer since there is basically no cell service but that's only a mild inconvenience. Not a great hotel to work from but this isn't a holiday inn express.
