When I was a kid, we lost our family home to a fire while we were out of town for Thanksgiving and even though phones were scarce, our State Farm agent was still able to contact us right away and help us rebuild our lives. HUGE mistake going with this insurance company!!! Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. They have screwed up my policy every which way from the very beginning. Incompetence at every level dealing with these people and definitely do NOT recommend them. Can't wait to fire this company and get a new insurance provider!!

I’ve been a customer for 1 1/2 years. I switched from Allstate to State Farm. Ricky was so professional and nice. Saved me money by switching. Also Justin and Vivica are extremely helpful. I also recommended my cousin to Ray Scott and his team as well they now have joined State Farm too. I would highly recommend Ray Scott and his team to anyone who is looking for insurance. They will not be disappointed.

Ray was so responsive and easy to work with! He helped my husband and I pick out several insurance policies and made sure we were getting the best deal with the most coverage. He made the whole process so easy. We appreciate him very much and highly recommend going with him!

Karen with Ray Scott has been outstanding ! She has helped me with all my policy questions and even talked to me about being able to get Life insurance for my husband and I which is something I didn’t think about having before but thanks to all her knowledge I included it on my policy. I have been insured with State Farm (auto insurance) since 1976. When I moved to Dallas in 2018 I located the Ray Scott Agency. They have been excellent in assisting with maintaining and even improving coverages and lowering my premiums. I recently did some shopping around and thought I was doing some saving with another firm. I nearly made a very costly mistake! When I informed the agency of my cancellation for better rates, Cynthia Broadwell did a thorough and complete review of the lower quote policy vs the State Farm. Not only did I realize the significant Loss coverages… missing, Cynthia also advised me of other coverages to protect me even more. It turned out, I was not saving money at all!
