Little Tree Huggers Child Care is a nature based child care center servicing families with children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. We offer an alternative to the many daycare centers in the area that may lack the personal/homey feel that Little Tree Huggers provides. We are a center, but not a corporate franchise.
We have a children's yoga instructor, Beverly the Music Lady, and Dan the Creature Man who visit us regularly. We offer a young preschool program for children 18 months to 3 years, a 3-4 Preschool, and a 4-5 Pre-K. Our 3-5 yr old classrooms offer an "All Day" program that coincides with a typical work day for Mom and Dad.

Jillian the director is everything I could ever dream to find in someone that runs a child care center. Jillian cares about my children developing like they are her own. I met her over a year before my toddlers started in her program and I regret not doing sooner. Both of my children are developing faster and love going to what they call school with friends. The staff is caring and all my worries about my little ones transitioning have been met with compassion. One of Jillians care givers, Sam!!!! Love love her! She has nurtured my son through this transition and he is thriving now. I highly recommend

Words cannot express how at peace we feel when our children go to Little Tree Huggers. All of the teachers are compassionate and love our children. We have tried different daycares, and this is the only one I would recommend. I have complete trust in Jill and her team. Food allergies or disabilities? No problem. The teachers treat your child like he/she is one of their own, and you can send your child there knowing that they will receive the best care. We have had days where we go to pick up the kids and they refuse to leave, so we sit there for another 45 minutes while the kids play. We have even

We brought our little one here after a less some less than stellar experiences with our previous daycare. We found the teachers to be kind, patient, and exemplary role models. The children are always engaged in activities and learning. They have a lesson based curriculum to help smooth the transition from preschool to kindergarten which has taught my child a lot such as writing her own name as well as few other words. They have other programs brought in like a creature guy who brings in animals and educates the kids and a yoga instructor. They even offer a sat night parents night out monthly. I

My son LOVES this place. We had just moved to Northville and it was going to be his first time in daycare ever so I was concerned about his transition. From day 1 he loved all the ladies and they did an AMAZING job of keeping me updated and sending me pictures. They always have food for him if I forget something and everything is always so clean! Not to mention they are SUPER affordable!

After our babysitting situation changed at home my husband and I decided to enroll our son in a daycare. We looked at a ton of daycares in the area and I felt uneasy about most until we stumbled upon Little Tree Huggers Child Care Center. The minute both my husband and I met Jillian (the owner) and the staff at Little Tree Huggers we felt at ease. They welcomed our son with a smile and open arms. They teach the kids new things everyday and truly treat the kids like their own children. My son had never been in a daycare before and cried the first couple days when we dropped him off there. I was
