Your life & active lifestyle isn't a spectator sport. Maintaining stability and mobility is a major key! Programs designed to prevent & rehabilitate athletic injuries plus improve athletic performance focusing on stability. Poor stability increases the risk of poor performance and/or injury. During exercise, the body undergoes a controlled amount of stress.
A Golf-Specific mobility evaluation is performed to identify common swing characteristics that can lead to mechanical inefficiencies in your golf swing, and put you at greater risk for injury. We utilize Live Biofeedback Pressure Mapping to measure ground force & video imaging data to measure dynamic mechanics.
Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPTs) are movement experts who optimize quality of life through prescribed exercise, hands-on care, and patient education. Honestly the best physical therapy I have ever had. It's individualized care to help you develop techniques to improve on your physical limitations. We know that the physical therapy is only a few hours a week so it's very important to work at home. The therapist gives me tools that feel natural to perform in my daily life unlike other things that I only saw the need to do until I get better and would then stop doing.

Dr Tomes and her team have always done a great job for me! I've been coming here since early 2017 for both a major shoulder rehab to minor tendinitis issues with succesful results. I got a personlized training program in a professional and comforting environment. Ive never had any issues with getting the appointment times I wanted or with billing. Thank You Olive Tree!

When I came into Olive Tree I could hardly walk without pain. The staff was not only professional and knowledgeable but they made each visit enjoyable. By the time I finished my last session I was not only feeling better I was better than I was before my injury. The best service you could possibly ask for.

I have been going to Olive Tree Physical Therapy for about 5 to 6 weeks now and these ladies are the best. Started out with minimal ability to raise my right arm above my shoulder, now I have progressed to where I can raise it above my head and able to sleep on my right side. Bless to be able to do that. I took my 10 year old daughter in for several therapy sessions in an effort to find relief from her chronic knee pain. The staff at Olive Tree were absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about how happy we were with the service they provided. Not only did my daughter's knee pain improve during the time she was receiving therapy, but they also gave her tools that she can use now that her sessions are complete. Although the doc is nice, she needs office staff. Claims are not billed in a timely manner, nor are denials worked in a timely manner either. Unbilled claims and/or corrections cost me over $900 out of pocket due to benefits being exhausted. Had these claims been billed and denials responded to, this could have been avoided. Also, double and triple booking and patients in the physical therapy field with only one provider in the office is not realistic. Therapy pts need undivided attention

I have been a patient of Dr. Tomes since December 2017, and she is amazing. I was referred for pain in my lower back. After she put me through the exercises and stretches for a month, I feel much better.
I know you all have many other options for Physical Therapy, but I thoroughly recommend giving Olive Tree Physical Therapy a try...You WILL NOT be disappointed.

Dr. Tomes: Is a God sent. She help my with the pain I woke up to every morning and managed to resolve the problems I was having everyday. She help to give me pointers on how to manage it on a everyday level by taking time with me as a patient not a number. I thank God for her. She really knows her job.
