Gregg Colson of First Team Real Estate can NOT be trusted. He hired us to do work and then refused to pay his bill of $285. We bent over backwards and rushed to accommodate his urgent needs. We did HOURS of research behind the scenes and never charged him for the. The fact that he ripped us off is bad enough, but the fact we went above and beyond is beyond shaddy. For 60 days we sent him emails, phone calls, text messages, etc and he never responded. What kind of real estate agent does that? I called his office and his manger Rob (or maybe) said it was very UNPROFESSIONAL of Gregg to behave like

Let me begin by saying I am a 67-year-old widow who has purchased property through Gary Hansen. I have a perfect credit score and enough money to pay cash for the house. On Friday, $685,000 was deposited into the escrow company that Gary chose. The escrow on my home closed on Friday and I needed to move. We have used Liz Oliverio and Anna Martinez on 2 transactions and were absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Liz Oliverio gave us such incredible service when buying our first home. Their were quite a few hiccups and bumps in the road during this process, and never once did i lose faith that she wasn't doing her very best to make everything possible. MaryAnn Lawson and Mike Upham are incredible! They helped me sell my house and get into our new one literally in record time. My house sold the first weekend thanks to all the staging and right pricing guidance. It also closed in 30 days basically. Then I found my new place and a miracle happened.. I have used Emily Boomhower for all of my real estate needs for the last 15 years. She is one of the hardest working, very professional, most honest realtors I know of. She is very knowledgeable due to her dedication to continued education within the industry. As an added bonus she is such a positive person. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

If I can do a negative star I would been looking for a house to rent since March I'm a first time renter and EVERY house I liked I put a application in and she would not fight for us she would send me homes that already had a lot of applications or was already taken and there job is to keep you updated and posted on new listings this chick not once kept me posted and I have a pretty nice income also I was the one that had to txt or email her to see what's going on and I had to find my own houses that I wanted to look at there was days were I couldn't contact her cause she was constantly

Stay far away from Mary Henderson from First Team in Yorba Linda. She never posted photos of our home on MLS and lied about it to cover herself. She also lied to our tenants who were also her clients by saying that she bribed them with $2K to move out early and said the money was from us. What a liar!! This was extremely unethical. She also bad mouthed her clients (our tenants to us) and slammed her competitors with insults. If you want to work with an unethical agent and liar, then go ahead and call Mary.

Our real estate agent dealt with David Mier, well when he felt like responding to text, phone, or emails. Response time to any question or concern took anywhere from 1 day to as long as a week. He lied about when the seller was going to move out, avoided phone calls when it all came to the surface. If you want a real estate agent that is deceitful and unreliable he's your guy.

Sold a 7 figure home with a Realtor through this office. Agent had to do no marketing as an offer was placed on it in less than a week. The deal closed two months ago. Here is the reason for 1 star.... I have sold/purchased 7 homes and this is the only time I have not received an acknowledgment of thanks from my agent. This agent received his portion of the over $50,000 commission and certainly should have made some sort of acknowledgment. Evidently his business is so good that he does not need referrals.
