DO NOT USE THIS Contractor. I made the mistake of trusting the man at his word and now 2 years later work has not been completed in my home and a refund has not been issued. Mahaz insisted that my wife and I would get a refund for work not completed and work done incorrectly but he LIED. For the past year he has been telling us of family illness and his own illness . He asked for a payment plan to refund us the money but still have not seen a dime of our refund.

DO NOT USE THIS Contractor. He obtained our name through a Lake Geneva Remodelers show. He will show you a lot of references and shows the same on his website. He will quote you a "discounted" price that's too good to be true. My wife and I hired him to finish a lower level. In addition to being dishonest and disrespectful, my wife and I had to hire an attorney to get him to finish the job.
We broke the golden rule. He demanded 2/3 of the cash up front. We agreed on 1/3. He promised a pay schedule and threw that out before he even started. Without warning he demanded more money
