First come first served. Extremely busy this time of year, but professional experience overall.

I have been calling from 1 pm to now 3:39 pm and all I got was a busy signal every time I dialed.

Always a pleasant experience, however this time trumps all of them on amazing service. I moved out of the state and was back visiting family. I’ve been having a leak in one of my tires, but no one was able to find it. I decided to bring it here to see if they could, as it was getting worse. I didn’t want to drive back home with the leak. They took the ten minutes to help me, even when they were so busy! They found the leak and patched me up and sent me on the way. Thank you!

Did a great job at getting the tires we wanted and installing them as promised for a fair price

Bought four new tires for a service van at the end of February and had them mounted and balanced. An egg-shaped lump appeared on the side of one tire. I took it back to see if it was under warranty and was told that I got up against a curb. There were no scrape marks from a curb. The van gets parked in driveways, not on the street. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

Yes they have good prices. You can never get them on the phone though and when I went all the way there to speak to someone for a quote. I waited 20 minutes before anyone attended the desk just to find out they don't give them. Total waste of my time.

Was visiting town from Baltimore, and had a leaky tire, plus two others that were wearing. Decided to replace all four, and Waterville Tire Center gave me a great deal on my favorite brand (Falkens). They did a great job installing too. Would definitely return if I was in town and needed anything tire or rim related!

Kind of frustrating having to wait just about 4 hours at this place to get 4 tires put on (7:50-11:50). Especially after being told two days prior to "come in any time" over the phone, then coming in the day prior and being told they actually couldn't do them because they were "booked" despite saying they don't do appointments, then being told to come "early" and get there before they open and be greeted with 8 other customers who have been told the same thing. So overall speed, readiness, and the fact they don't do appointments and are honestly super unorganized should make it a 1 star.

Everytime I call the phone is constantly busy. I have never heard of a business not having a secondary phone for customers. Kinda hard to make an appointment to get my snow tires on when the phone is constantly busy. Seems like they use that phone for their personal affairs. Note to y'all "Your at work, leave your personal business for your personal time and not at work."

These guys go above and beyond. They don't get any better than Waterville Tire! Great people and great prices!

Such a genuine place to go where the workers act like themselves while also being extremely helpful. These are not your typical robot workers. Lively, bickering, jokes. Great atmosphere and great service. Lindsey was my main point of contact through the process and was quick and accurate with her information.

Occasionally they answer the phone. Tried to follow up call several times for tires that were ordered. No one called back, no one answers phone, going on location and they appear to be in business but no one working the desk.

I'm not going to beg for people to sell me something.

Great people working there! Told me when the tires would be ready and they kept their word! Price was very reasonable ! Service was unbeatable!
