Full disclosure: I am a former customer of Dan's but also a colleague and real estate appraiser. I appraise different real estate than Bader & Associates does.
Dan does great work. I had Dan appraise my property, and if I ever have a need for a residential appraisal I call Dan. I also refer all the calls I get for residential appraisals to Bader & Associates.

This appraisal service deserves 0 stars. Banks, mortgage companies, realtors, and even buyers ans sellers stay away from this company if you can. They give the lowest appraisals possible. In my case, they even made a mistake on the appraisal stating that our kitchen wasn't updated when in fact it was. When my agent brought this to his attention he admitted to the mistake but also wouldn't change the appraisal report or value. When doing real estate transactions you want someone that is ethical and fair, Bader and Associates are the total opposite.
