Scott and his wife are wonderful! While their carpet cleaning is always excellent AND reasonably priced, I had an emergency last week and they came through with flying colors!!! My 11 year-old Labrador retriever had an accident on a beautiful lounge chair. I called Scott and explained the situation. The smell was terrible and I thought we'd have to throw the chair out. Even though I could not be home, I left Scott a key (trusting him completely) and he came right away. When I returned home, I was amazed: no spots, no smell. He even cleaned the pillows!!!
