If I could only give them zero stars I would. I hired Juan Carlos Jimenez to replaces pieces of drywall that were stained with watermark and mold. I accepted to pay what he asked for and offered to pay $300 extra (tip) if he would do a quality job. He tried to paint over the stains instead of replacing the drywall despite our agreement. I had to catch him and stand there until the work was done. He did not do anything to protect my carpet; I had to do it. The quality of calking and painting is misrble. He painted over wet calking and it is now all cracked. He said he would come back and fix any

Juan was available within a few days of calling to meet me at the residence to go over the scope of work needed. This included removing and replacing rotted soffit and fascia board, power washing, prep, and painting of entire exterior of wood siding, block foundation, and replaced woodwork. Was very reasonably priced and started the work within a couple of days. Additional scope of work was added due to unexpected wood rot but Juan was also reasonable with additional costs. We also agreed to add new gutter & downspouts.

Very unprofessional. Quoted me a price, I paid 50% down, and then was told the job would be more after the check was cashed. I asked them 3 times to care of an issue, and it never got taken care of. They spilled paint on my porch and didn't clean it up. There was nothing professional about anything they did. I will never even consider using them again.
