We always get questions about health insurance and Medicare in particular, so I brought in an experienced Medicare advisor to provide support and consultation services out of our Sheffield office.

We had our taxes done here for the first time last year. Everything seemed great until we got a notice this year that we owe the state of Ohio $304 upon review of last years taxes. We contacted Lorain county tax service and upon review they admitted the software made a mistake. They refused to pay the difference even after acknowledging the error was completely theirs. Very unprofessional. We put our finances in someone their hands and they messed it up. I would not go here again.
