I am quite shocked to see anything less than 5 stars on this yelp. I am an avid visitor to La Quinta and specifically PGA west, having come here at least 5 times in the last six months. On prior occasions I have used Airbnb and this time I thought I would try the host directly and used resortHD.com. Karen and the team (specifically Julia who also stopped by and dropped off some sweets) are responsive and caring. This entire experience has been far superior than any La Quinta experience I have had. The property was large, clean, and fully accommodating for our 6 guests and one small pup. We stayed

Beautiful house in a great location! Very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the AC on for our arrival during the scorching summer heat. They even had the main living room tv playing jazz music. Karen was very helpful and very easy to work with and we had Robert stop by when we arrived to show us around the house and how to operate the pool and outdoor lights. On our last day, we even had donuts brought to the house. Just wish the pool was a bit larger. We've booked many houses in the past with other companies but the first time with Resort Home Destinations and I'm certain it won't be

Karen tried to bribe me to remove the 1 Star review with a free night. Take a look at the screenshot in this post. She also complained that the picture I posted of weather in Palm Springs was inaccurate when it clearly says Palm Springs in the picture. The weather in La Quinta is the same.

Fantastic Experience renting the Fantasy Villa. Our family of 14 had plenty of room and multiple outdoor areas to relax. Service by the management company was the best we have had renting in the desert for 10 years - so much better than Luxe. Super comfy beds and linens. Would certainly rent from Resort home Destinations again.

Very poorly manage, lack of professionalism in general. Aggressive attitude in general. Very bad experience with this company and this is the sad truth. I hope you get better in your business, because if you continue this way you are not going to last. We, as owners of a house don't want anybody to have this bad experience.

--Me: This is simply not true, the property I was interested was listed as available on 3 WEBSITES. But when reaching out about it, I was told they were unavailable without even giving the dates I wanted.
Owner: "For some properties and dates there is a minimum rental period of 3-7 nights. Unfortunately Issa was looking for a 2 night stay during peak season in March which we were not able to book."

DO Not use this company. AFTER we received email confirmation for listing and payment, I received another email from Karen stating she wanted $200 more a day if I wanted the agreed upon property. (Bait and switch!!!) Karen is hard to work with, does not return calls. Miserable experience. Read all the reviews...I wish I had.

Went through this website to rent a house in La Quinta for a weekend. I should have known better from the start, each reply to me was very slow. After picking the house and giving deposit all other info took 2-3 to get via email (even the lease agreement). Could not get the golf info until 2 days prior to arrival.
House was very nice but had a couple problems such as a leak in the master bedroom from the air (right over the bed which kept me up all night).
Now, they have charged us $122.00 EXTRA saying we used too much electricity!!!!! Won't return emails or calls, when got hold of person
