Completely lied to me about my Classic Car Coverage. I switched from Hagerty to State Farm because Joy promised me a rate of $16 a month. She didn't verify my phone number or drivers license so my policy was kicked back and switched to a regular car policy. I was then told that they don't insure cars under covered parking stalls, even though I made sure to ask Joy over a DOZEN times and even send pictures of where the car is, and it took 27 days for anyone to talk to me about the fact that they don't insure Classics unless they're enclosed, AFTER already taking my money. Love the personal care my fiancé and I continually get from this branch. They treat you like family. The staff is always attentive, even last minute when I needed proof of insurance for DMV, it was quickly faxed. We have IRA investments through them, homeowners insurance, auto coverage, life insurance, & hospital coverage, which has all been affordable and to our benefit. Highly recommend the rare personal touch you get here!

I've finally had the opportunity to visit their office after being transferred to them when our original agent passed away. I finally met Amanda, and she's been awesome from day 1. Very inviting and pleasant since the moment I walked in the door. I've been searching for an agent as close as I can get to our original agent this was pretty close. So far, I feel very comfortable. She's been extremely helpful and she return calls/emails with no problems in a timely fashion. I'm truly impressed and satisfied with their services.

We've been with State farm for more than 10 years now. We were originally with another office under a different name until that closed down and we got automatically transferred to Kellys Gulino's office. While their physical location is completely on the opposite side from where we are, I've had to call their offices a bunch of times for inquiries and assistance with another issue with no hassle or where I would need to physically come into the office. They've always been so curteous and helpful which I completely value. I honestly can't say if their auto insurance itself

I was previously a State Farm client for 7 whole years with the Kerry Gulino office. I bundled with the company. 2 cars, 2 life policies, and renters. I experienced a home invasion in 2012 and was denied the claim. I lost valuable things, cash, electronics, and Kerry Gulino's office did nothing to help give me peace of mind or resolve the issue at hand. April 2016, Nevada passed some kind of law that made every persons car premium go up $50.00 to $100.00 and my policy was effected. I had the best experience I have ever had buying insurance. First off I initially was in the area to buy insurance from another company but the representative there was so rude and their price was outrageous , so I told them that I would think about it and maybe come back later. I notice the state farm right across the parking lot so I walked in and everyone was smiling and so polite especially the agent who helped me Liliana, she is the best !!
