Summer Hill RV park is a long-term, all-age, seasonal RV park that is open from May to October each year. Our park residents stay the complete season and predominantly return year after year to experience the breathtaking beauty of scenic Wells, Maine. The City of Wells is a small, quiet, northeastern town that attracts many seasonal vacationers from the Northeast and Canada due to the area's coastal proximity.
Summer Hill is a seasonal RV park. A seasonal rental gives your family the use of a site from mid-May to mid-October. Legacy sends each resident a payment schedule and invoice in January for the upcoming season. Payments shall be made following the payment schedule. If final payment is not received by the due date, Summer Hill reserves the right to charge a late fee.
