Before working for a large health insurance company, Sandra started, operated and sold her own small business. Her entrepreneurial roots serve our clients well. Her specialties include customer research (sample and survey design, as well as conducting in-depth interviews and focus groups), competitive analysis, project management, financial management and customer service.

He has a diverse background in video, audio, animation and interactive media that spans working for TV stations and major record labels.
