I contacted Zobolt through their website in hopes that they could help us with our mobile office Wi-Fi needs. Jenna called me right away and gave me a a ton of helpful tips as well as realistic, budget conscious steps we could take that will inevitably make our business more efficient and our lives easier! She is so knowledgeable and was so generous with her time! She even explained things in a way that made sense which is awesome because I'm not overly "techy". I can't say enough about this company. I have been using computers, since they first came out in the 90's. Therefore, I have had many experiences with IT techs and all sorts of company reps through the years and for the most part, they were sorely lacking. Most of the time, I knew more than they did. I finally have a company to go to with the knowledge and experience to help me. Jenna took the time to go through my computer online and made sure I understood what she was doing and what the plan for the future was. I called and spoke with Jenna today. I contracted Zobolt to inquire about setting up internet service for my RV. She was so helpful. She stated she did not do installations, however, she offered a wealth of information on what to look for. She also took time and explained how things work in the world of internet service via WiFi and cell signal. She was so helpful.
