I can provide a diagnostic psychiatric and psychopharmacology treatment evaluation for your clients. If clients are being treated by a primary care provider, I can suggest simple medication changes that may make a large difference, and communicate these recommendations to primary care in a respectful manner.
If your client is very complex, I will refer to an appropriate psychiatrist for ongoing medication management. Your client, his/her primary care provider, and you will all receive a detailed psychiatric consultation report, including diagnosis and medication recommendations.

Services
A psychiatric evaluation is usually done by a psychiatrist, a medical doctor specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of mental conditions. During the evaluation, I will ask you about your past and recent history, family and medical history, and emotional difficulties or symptoms that you have suffered from, or currently experience.
I have no contracts with HMO's, PPO's, or insurance companies, but only with you, directly. Therefore, you and I are in charge of your evaluation. I do not want your consultation constrained and controlled by bureaucrats who do not have your best interests in mind. I work hard to keep my fees competitive.
