Canceled appointment without a confirmation within a week. My child was in pain and having a major issue with his tooth. The appointment was set 2 months prior and they canceled it. So dissatisfied. Now we can’t be seen for another month.

Poor patient first skills. Called to schedule a new patient appointment for my child and I was put on hold, when she finally answered and I was rudely told they would call me back to schedule, because I called during a high volume check in time. They never called back.

The facility is beautiful and the staff is so friendly! My son was a little scared with it being his first time and they took their time with him, letting him take the lead, skipping things he was showing discomfort with, and ensuring it was a positive experience for him and not traumatizing. There are also plenty of puzzles, toys, and activities for waiting periods. So grateful for an amazing dental experience for my children.

All staff are trained to work with children. The environment is kid friendly and special care is taken to make the child have a good experience while educating in dental care. Excellent communication between staff and parent about treatment.

Fabulous office, I wish we had come in sooner. Treated my toddler and twin babies so well. If they start taking adult clients, I would be first in line! Only suggestion would be a reviewable summary (on paper or online), as it was hard to focus on what was happening to one while holding another. Will happily return to this office and even my oldest is excited to go back.
