Can't say enough positive things about our experience with Arrow Roofing Services, LLC. We had a lot of storm damage from a hail storm in June, 2021. That being said, Trenton Wisecup couldn't have made our experience any more enjoyable! Trenton answered all of our questions, was prompt to let us know when we would have workers here (we had roof, siding, gutter damage, etc. from the storm), was very, very professional, kind, and caring! He was our go to guy, and we never had to contact the company for anything, as Trenton did it all! He worked with our insurance company by filing the claim, etc

I had 5 different roofs I had to get done after hail damage came through our area! I got Trenton Wisecup’s phone number from several people that had highly recommended him and the Arrow Roofing team. Trenton was very professional regarding our hail damage incident. His initial contact from the damage to our home was timely and done with sincere interest to help us out. Trenton also communicated the timeline of all the activities that was planned to restore our home in very simple and clear steps. Trenton followed through during the process regarding handling our insurance company and throughout the different trades that completed the project. The adjustor only makes recommendations to the agent who is sitting at their desk across the country, whose job it is to make the final determination on the claim. The agent quickly issued a check to my bank account and completed some paperwork that grossly misrepresented the scope of the damages. They only issued 15% of the cost of the total repairs. They assured me that the money would sufficiently cover the cost of all repairs and they were paying full market value. I immediately contacted Trenton

Nick was our project manager and he was amazing. He took care of everything from the very first moment. He answered every time I called and was super polite from start to finish. He was informative and accommodating. The roofers were professional, speedy and I just can't believe how well they cleaned up every night.
