Would give these people zero stars if I could. It says open 24 hours but they never answer the phone but they will call you every 30 min asking for your location. I get to the receiver and none of the numbers are correct. I called and they finally answered, and they said don’t call us back we don’t need you bothering us which was very rude no customer service or manners!!

This is a very unfair company, we had to pickup a 4 picks one drop load, the pickups are from IL and WI. One of the four pickups has 2 POs in one pickup number the driver gave the pickup number to the shipper, but the shipper loaded one PO and left the second PO. The rest of the pickups were complete and the whole load delivered to Texas, this company took $4000.00 out of the $5500.00 dollars we agreed on for the load. They only paid us $1500 for 4 pickups from IL and WI to Western TX. Avoid this company at all cost.

I wouldn’t pick a load from this broker. A friend of me booked with them a load goes to Honda told him 24 hours drop trailer unfortunately Honda kept him days. I wish I could give Ease Logistics -5. Dispatch please watch for review before you comform both broker and receiver. I feel bad for my friend has been stoked away of his home for days with no income.

We had a 20:00 appt. on a Friday, our previous load messed things up so badly that we couldn't pick up until 08:30 the next morning, which also made us a little late for the delivery. The evening/weekend dispatch at Ease was amazing!!! We were in contact with multiple people throughout the weekend, they were ALL very helpful and pleasant to work with. Nothing but great things to say about this company!!!

Would give them zero stars if that was an option. We booked a load with them going to a distributor and per Corey they will unload us based on our ETA. When it came time to get empty...guess what? Not taking us. They feed you lies just to take their freight. Then when it comes time to compensate, they go back on their word. Not only that but they have ignored 6 emails in a 7 day period. This is pure ignorance, and horrible customer service. We will definitely not be using them in the future.
