We had 1 house we wanted, but we had to sell ours to get that home. I contacted Ryan and got with Heather and Duane to look at the house. They negotiated a great contigent offer on our new home, and got to work selling our home . They were with us every step of the way answering all our questions and keeping us at ease throughout the process even though we were crazy nervous wrecks. Heather texted us every day at least once and sold our home in the nick of time. We had issues with the county at closing and didnt get to move in as early as we would have liked and they even helped make sure we got

Ryan Hansen and the team at perfect home are awesome they worked tirelessly to get my house sold and also worked over time to get the best deal and then also worked with the bank to help us get into our new home as it was a bank owned property his team was more than happy to help out and show us houses and be available to show my house Ryan is the type of person who works for you not the other way around he was always available to answer any questions or concerns and always had and will have your best interest at heart
