B & M Air Conditioning & Heating was acquired by Godfrey (Art) Sautner back in 1985 who already had a long impressive resume in the HVAC field. Since then, his two sons Daniel and Marc have joined the business. With a combined 70+ years experience in the field in all aspects from residential to commercial and industrial, we have the skills and resources to tackle any project.
