We have seen that adding new students this late can not only inhibit the class but can be discouraging to new dancers trying to catch up to what the other dancers have already learned. That being said, every dancer is different and we would like to provide everyone with the opportunity to have a great dance education.

Services
Cripple Creek Corner was founded in 1982 by the late Lewis "Buck" Aycock and his wife, Nancy. Their goal was to create a place to not only teach dance but to help provide the community with arts enrichment. Over the last three decades, the studio has offered classes in clogging, ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, modern/lyrical, theatre dance, zumba, jazzercise, aerobics, and partner dancing like shagging and ballroom.
Classes run from September to April & each month is charged full tuition whether the month is short (3 weeks) or long (5 weeks). No student will be allowed to participate in class if their account is more than 60 days past due. No student will be allowed to perform in recital unless their account is paid in full.
Clogging (Ages 5+) Clogging is an American folk dance that mixes many different parts of other folk dances to create a melting pot style that has been a part of our area for centuries. Our most popular style of dance, clogging is fun and energetic for all ages. Each season we have clogging classes for all age ranges and skill levels.
Miss Nancy Rivenbark - When Miss Nancy was young she dreamed of having her own dance studio and in 1982 with the help of her late husband, Buck, they opened Cripple Creek. Over the years, Nancy has enjoyed learning and teaching all kinds of dance. She has been dancing for 65 years and 45 of those years have been as an advocate for clogging.
The main building of Cripple Creek was actually built in 1924 as a car dealership/garage. It changed hands over the years and sold various types of automobiles and tractor parts. Then in 1982 it was purchased by Buck and Nancy Aycock and began it's transformation into Cripple Creek Corner. The Aycocks used it as their home as well as business until as recently as 2011.
