I originally contacted Trane to get some technical advice for a unit now over 30 years old, the XE900. I was referred to Grande Aire for the support and was helped by Adam. He was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and patient with my questions and concerns. He gave me honest straight facts and advice, which I appreciated. Clearly a professional and honest company, unfortunately too rare these days.

Our old air conditioner was not cooling anymore. we tried to have it repaired by refilling with freon , but that was not the problem. Robert Ring came to our home , we discussed the problems we had with the old air conditioner, and Robert was very helpful and informative in making recommendations that would be the best air conditioner for our home. We placed our order on a Thursday and Grand Air technicians, Nick and Spencer came the following Wednesday to install the new unit. They worked very carefully and were very respectful of our home and had the old units out and the new units in, and had

Arrived at our condo at 7:30 pm Wednesday and AC was out. Called Grande Aire Services and get a real person, not an answering service. They send Josh out at 9:30 pm that night, he determines compressor is dead.
I call the next morning and Pat in parts is already hunting the parts. They find the parts and rush them in to the job. Two gentlemen show up at 2:30 pm Thursday and start working on the AC on the roof and in the house and by 5:15 pm, less than 24 hours I am cooling down at the condo. Thanks Grande Aire for great service, clean work and polite people who work hard to satisfy a customer

My dryer crashed on Little Gasparilla Island just before July 4th holiday. Our first call was to Grand Aire. They came today and diagnosed within 2 minutes, a broken belt. Paul, our technician, stated that is co-worker is on the on the island too and he might just the dryer belt in the truck on the mainland. (Marina) He did!!! My dryer was back up and running within 90 minutes. Grand Aire is the best! This is the not first time using these gents! Last August our beach front home was hit by lightening and we lost to A/C units. Grand Aire was here at 9 am the next morning and stayed until diagnosed

After reviewing multiple HVAC providers for a new install it was apparent that Grande Aire was not just out to sell me a new unit. They provided a comprehensive overview and range of options and pricing. Having just moved from the north this was important and appreciated. Installation team was highly experienced and did a great job. Glad we have our HVAC company for the future. Highly recommend !!!

We have two very old AC units in our home. No idea who installed them years ago but for 8+ years we've had a maintenance contract with Grande Aire. Absolutely stellar service! They've sent out repair people promptly and without question whenever needed, whether at night or in the midst of a hurricane. Staff are knowledgeable, conscientious and tidy. We can't recommend them enough!

We have used Grande Aire Services for over 25 years and we will continue to use them. They have never let us down, no matter how late in the day we call, if we have a problem they are there for us. They have helped us get though some difficult situations, including hurricanes. When they do an install, they leave the site looking better than when they arrived. We highly recommend them.

BEWARE! If you call for emergency call a c out expect to pay 10 times the amount for parts had them replace a start capacitor that took 15 min to replace if that that cost me 186.00 ouch 4 years before same part 36.00 the service guy justify this saying it's the biggest one they have Amazon sells same part 18.00 but at least they showed up,never again untrustworthy lost me as a customer of 7 years.

Grande Aire is awesome! They are always polite, prompt, and very trustworthy. Their service guys are very knowledgeable and fast. We have a service contract with them for a rental property on the island and they have helped us in many situations, even late in the day, on weekends and just recently on Easter Sunday. It's so hard to find great service vendors, but Grande Aire is first class! Thank you!
