We are currently working on a much smaller staff, but assure you that your orders are in process and being produced/printed and being prepared for shipment Monday-Friday. Our customer service team is also much smaller than usual, so responses will be delayed. Below you can track the status of your order by entering your email address and order number.
If your order has 3+ items and one item is not on our inventory rack the day of your shipment we will split your order rather than hold on to your order to provide speedy shipping times for your package. The remaining pieces will ship as soon as they become available. If your package is missing an item, first check your packaging slip and see if one our team members left a note about splitting your order to ship it faster.
