Glen and his staff are absolutely fantastic. I have been going to them for over a year. I am twenty-two and have Autism along with motor skill deficiency. They have and continue to go above and beyond. They showed me that people are willing to help and make sure people like me are okay too. They showed me that I would be okay. My shoulders have been popping out since I was twelve or so. They have been helping me build up my strength. Everything takes time especially severe injuries. I may not be able to do some things anymore, but I know with this team, I will get there. I highly recommend Pinion

Prior to knee replacement surgery, knowing that I will need rehabilitation, went in PHYSICALLY to the office to check and verify that they were contracted with my insurance. They reassured all was in the clear and would be covered 100%. Got a bill for $500+. Went in again assuming there was a mistake. The same exact man that confirmed my insurance was contracted, said he recalls the conversation but needs to speak with billing to see what can be done. "The best we can do is half." Poor service, poor management, poor billing! Seems like a lot of people don't stick to their word anymore
