However the most notable performance increase is achieved by upgrading your existing hard drive to a Solid State Drive (SSD). Here at MCR we can image (make an exact copy of your old Hard drive) and re image it to the new Solid State Drive*.

I brought in my macbook that recently had water spilled on it. I came in hoping to just get an estimate on how much itll be to. I knew that they would have to open it up and then let me know, Ken told me it would be free. Anyways 3 days later i called to ask for an update, he told me the motherboard needed to be repaired and or swapped. Understandable, but when i decided not to go through the repair he charged me an 85$ diagnostic fee. Wish I knew that before I agreed to anything.

If I could, I would give this place 10 stars! I brought in my old pc which still had a motherboard, cpu and liquid cooler (which was riveted into place by the manufacturer) from 2013. After a failed attempt to upgrade my pc on my own and being unable to restart it when I put the old parts back in I turned to this shop.
Not only were they professional and polite but they did everything in their power to ensure I was getting the best deal out of my upgrade for the best price. After a very good price and a small wait I now have a monster pc that will last me for a good time.

This place Ken's Computers (Manassas Computer Repair) in Manassas is so disgraceful...first they allowed me to pay $200 to have a "d" key replaced which lead to my entire keyboard needing to be replaced which than lead to my circuit board, and so on...he even had the nerve to tell me that I never paid in advance (lucky for me I saved the files) and before it was all said and done my laptop was ruined and all of the contents of my hard drive were gone after he promised me that he would back it up and save it for me. On top of that I had another laptop (that my sister who had recently killed herself

The staff is pretty friendly but they have had my Macbook for 8 months and since I dropped it off there has had nothing but problems...I paid $300.00 to have one key replaced but for whatever reason they had to keep it for 3 months without word (while I had Covid) only to ship it out to some unknown location and I waited in anticipation only to find out that now my sound doesn't work...what do you mean the sound doesn't work? I sent my laptop in for a key repair...and everytime I call to check the status of my 💻 they tell me that they will call me in "3 hours"...its ALWAYS "3 hours" but they

Great people, nice, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. My husband's laptop conked out, and he needed help with it. They replaced the hard drive and helped him out by restoring what data they could. We had to return because there was an issue with accessing our network. They once again were able to analyze and provide a solution. I highly recommend this business and the wonderful people working there

I took my laptop to a big box store and they told me they would have to ship it out and maybe they could fix it so I took it to Manassas computers and they were able to fix it in three days fully restored at a great price. I would 100% recommend them over any other potential company. They saved my entire business and my PhD dissertation.

This used to be one of the best places around, but has plummeted way down hill over the past five years. The main issue with this computer shop is that they are not honest with repairs, sell substandard equipment, and will not respond or reply to followup questions or problems. Over my past three visits there were several issues with computer parts not working correctly after installation and the shop staff would not return my phone calls or answer emails about the issues. I was finally able to get an appointment, but when I arrived they had closed the store that day even after telling me specifically
