We started in 1981 doing retrofitting in older homes by changing out single pane glass to double glass and triple pane. We reused homes existing window frames to make them more energy efficient. By then, all new homes came with dual-pane glass, but the trouble was the quality was very poor and the seals began to fail.

The process is two step we come to your home and determine your window and glass condition, measure the glass for exact size and return on a second trip to install them, usually you are without glass for only about 15-20 minutes.

With our foggy window repair services we can replace only the glass, not the entire window, saving you thousands!. Colorado is a great place to live and play, but it is also very harsh on our glass and home windows. Between our elevation and crazy climate, many elements attack the seals which makes thermo-panes fail and can cause foggy home windows.
In Colorado, we have many elements that attack and decrease the life of a double-pane window. Sunshine is the biggest cause of window failure, which is why your south and west facing window usually fail first. Sunshine causes a process know as "Solar Pumping" which makes the glass contract and expand breaking the seal.
Are your windows damaged beyond repair? Do new windows really make a difference, you bet they do consider this, a single pane window has an R-Value of less than 1 and a double pane with Low-E, Argon gas, has about R-4, 400% better glass performance, helps maintain the inside temperatures be it heating or cooling while keeping solar gain out.

We had windows on the west side of our house that just baked in the summer sun. Steve suggested a product which significantly reduces the solar heat gain. So we replaced the glass on our west-facing windows and, so far, have remained quite cool - really have not needed the air conditioner, even on 80+ degree days. Will wait to see what happens when the full summer heat arrives, but we already know these windows will be so very helpful. We highly recommend Steve and his crew. They do quality work and you will receive a far higher quality product than the big name window replacement companies. Trust

The majority of our windows failed. The seals busted and moisture was found in between the panes.
Steve came to the rescue! What fabulous people I have worked with. He was the consummate professional. Geared towards respect of his customer base and with his employee Brad. Safety conscious and clean up was as you go. So..I love him and highly recommend Steve and his company!
