Advantage Realty Inc. is a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Danbury Connecticut. The company serves the needs of clients located in Northern Fairfield County. For more than 27 years the founders and continuous owners Mike and Patti Struna have operated Advantage Realty Inc.
J. Michael Struna is the owner / broker of Advantage Realty Commercial. He attended Vermillion Jr. College in Ely Minnesota and finished his Bachelor degree in Industrial Education at the university of Minnesota in Duluth. After college he attended Air Force flight school and spent 5 years as a Captain in the United States Air Force.
George F. Walker has been working in real estate since 1975. In his years of experience as a Real Estate executive involved in the marketing, brokering and developing properties throughout the United States. Currently, George is Director of Corporate Development for Advantage Realty Commercial providing professional brokerage representation for clients buying, selling, leasing or developing.
Chris is a licensed Real Estate Agent focusing on commercial properties in the "Greater Danbury" area. He was introduced to real estate through an investment REIT set up by professional connections and became a commercial real estate agent in 2017. He previously spent almost two decades as a strategic partner to his Executive-level clients in Fortune 100 companies.
Advantage Realty Commercial has been a leader in providing commercial real estate services in "The Greater Danbury Area" for more than 27 years. It was great to work with Chris from Advantage. He didn't waste our time showing us any rentals that weren't right for us and when he found a good fit he had all the information we needed. Chris also made the relationship with the landlord go very smoothly. Great communicator!

Our company just used Advantage Realty to find is an affordable warehouse. As a not-for-profit business, it was important that we find a place that was affordable and included all our requirements to house our unique equipment.
Chris Cosio found us several options and was "on it" from our very first meeting. He found us a great place.
I wish we were getting a discount for posting this review, but we're not. Genuine review from a real customer.

We have been using Advantage Realty for the past three years. From the moment we started working with Mike and Chris they promoted our property and were extremely proactive. Every week we would receive updates and within a few weeks we had more interest than we did in the year before.
Due to their expertise our building is now almost fully occupied. We feel very fortunate to have found Mike and Chris. If you would like to have brokers that stay on top of all matters, check in with you, are extremely proactive/responsive and honest you should contact Mike and Chris at Advantage. Highly recommended

A couple of years ago we needed to move our warehouse from the Bronx to Fairfield County. I was referred to Advantage Realty and Mike and Chris. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After looking at a couple properties, we found our space, and it was under our budget. I would recommend Advantage to anyone looking for commercial property.

Spoke with Mike Struna several months ago only to inquire about a similar property he had for sale. Never spoke to him again or asked for his services. Months later he goes around me as manager of property with a low ball offer with secret client directly to owner and management . He was quickly told to deal with me. And to make it worse , he demands a 5% commission to be paid to him. Struna is dishonest and a sidewinder. Making contact with this garbage was my mistake. Not recommended.
