My experience of installing 36 panels and 2 Powerwalls with Summit Solar has been excellent.
My rep (Bob Arnett) was like a calm guiding hand through the entire process. He was informative, professional and available any time that I had a question. He was quick to correct any hiccup in the process though there were surprisingly few.
The install team was polite, courteous, and efficient in their work while any request made of the office was met with quick action and advice.
I would highly recommend Summit Solar to anyone looking to increase their energy independence.

Our journey to going solar started with an email inquiry to Summit Solar based on their stellar reviews. We got a call back very quickly, and were introduced to Bob Arnett. Bob guided us through the process, and was very informative and attentive both before and after the installation.
Summit handled all of the prep work including financing, the permit process, and communicating with our existing utility provider for approvals.

So far my experience with Summit Solar has been trying! The lack of communications from my project coordinator has been very sad and unprofessional. Thankfully in these trying times, my employment was continued and I was able to stay working (not from home). If I received a phone call and no message was left, it was not followed up by an email. During this entire time he left 2 voicemails and when I returned the called back, I would leave a message and not receive another call. People would show up at the house when I wasn’t home or when I wasn’t supposed to be home. I was in the dark about

The team who installed my solar system yesterday was the Matterhorn Crew. They were fantastic! All three were totally professional, efficient and pleasant; and, they literally did not stop until the installation was complete. I appreciated their considerate behavior regarding Covid protocols as I am over 65. I highly recommend Summit and this team in particular!

We are just beginning our solar installation journey. We talked with another company prior to Summit Solar. Summit Solar by far is superior company. Ryan Gravelle was professional, personable, easy to understand with his explanations and patient with all our questions. Some items needed additional clarification, so Ryan scheduled followup appointment versus misinforming us. Thank you Ryan and looking forward to the rest of the process.

Very good experience working with Josh from Summit Solar. He took some time to explain the process and every step required from approval to final inspection. I appreciate that he went over our different options and we were able to pick what our family was comfortable with.
The Installation team was always on time and very professional.
Our panels blend in with the roof very well and there are not conduit pipes visible on our roof.
I already recommended Solar Summit to some of my close friends and they would be getting their systems soon from Solar Summit.
