I was extremely pleased with Dallas Air Solutions. I contacted them to check on my elderly mother-in-law because the air condition was not cooling properly. They actually scheduled a same day visit (at a fair additional cost which I was more than happy to pay since no other company would even schedule a same day visit). The technician was professional, and used COVID safeguards while he did his inspection and maintenance. He showed up as scheduled and I was notified via text when the technician was on the way, and after he left which was convenient since I was not available to be there for the

My 28 year old Luxair Unit finally went out after 28 years. They came out to look at the unit and see if it could be fixed for the time being. They give me lots of options to assist me financially and the end result was a 16 seer Goodman system (AC, Furnace and Coil). This was affordable and upgraded the current unit. The team that installed it took there time and cared for my property during the process. They were very clean and left the space cleaner and better then when they arrived.
