If you're like most Americans, you want to live as long as possible in your private home. But life can change in a flash. Are you prepared for the "what-ifs" and contingencies that could make it hard for you to maintain your independence?

Like, what if you fall and break something? Or your spouse gets a debilitating disease? Cover all your bases with Friendship At Home. Our unique membership plan gives you up to 100% coverage for help with activities of daily living - including assisted living and nursing home care in your home - if and when you need them.
Services
As you approach retirement and consider the options for long-term care, it's easy to become nervous about the unknown and overwhelmed by the complexity and variety of possible options, most of which are costly, uncomprehensive or inflexible. Medicare and private insurance rarely cover in-home care services, so you or your loved ones could be stuck supplementing services and worrying what to do when circumstances change down the road.
We make aging in place possible - and enjoyable - through a combination of a continuum of care and our care coordination team. Our Care Coordinators work with you to develop a plan that offers support for all stages of life and all levels of care. You'll receive the safety and security you and your family desire, and you'll remain the decision maker.
1 What is the difference between Friendship At Home Membership Program and long-term care insurance?. The Friendship At Home program is more comprehensive than any long-term care insurance plan and does not require stringent criteria to receive care. Care coordination is a key difference. Currently, up to 100 percent of your membership fee and 63.9 percent of your monthly fees are considered eligible as future health care spending.
