RANT to Wichita Eyecare! My last pair of contacts I had fell out last night and I do not own glasses so I called today to try to get an eye appointment because my prescription is a -5.75 and I cannot see 5 feet in front of me. I called to set up an eye exam and I asked if there is a way I can at least get an emergency pair in the meantime so I can work and drive legally and the "office manager" basically told me "that sucks there's nothing I can do" she told me she won't let me get a pair just to wear until my exam. That she could get me in Tuesday and also refused

I came to Wichita Eye Care two years ago for an eye exam. I was told the that they took my insurance but after I had my eyes checked, etc. I was told they didn’t. So I had to pay the full price of the exam and then submit forms to my insurance to get part of my money back. Also, I went to Eyemart Express to get my glasses. After I got them, I noticed that the vision in my right eye was still blurry. I went back to Eyemart Express another time and they checked my glasses and they said they made them according to the doctor’s prescription. They told me to go back to Wichita Eye Care to see why

A waste of time and money. Dr. told me I needed to go to specialist and get cataracts removed from both eyes ,before getting a new prescription. He set me up with a specialist who put me through all kinds of test only to say the cataracts where not even close to being ready to remove. After taking two days off work ,driving over160 miles .I will look for another place and start over.

Got my eyes tested and was unsure of the instructions of the doctor so I asked to redo the "alignment" part. He said it's fine. Now I cannot see out of my *expensive* contacts. Yes, they give you a test pair but in my circumstance I had to just accept the less than perfect contact prescription because I cannot travel back to get them tested again since I go to college five hours away.
BUT. The problem in the first place was that I knew something had gone wrong while testing my eyes but the doctor didn't care.
Also, after reading this review he called and tried to corner me into giving him a better
