When water damage occurs, immediate action is needed. We stand ready, 24/7, to mobilize our team to mitigate damages. Water damage that is not addressed quickly poses 2 main threats; the first is that the damaged areas can expand if the initial affected materials are not addressed quickly. The second risk is mold growth on susceptible materials which can create a much bigger, more expensive problem.
When a fire occurs, unfortunately the damage can be severe. The soot and smoke from a fire, damages wall or floor finishes, air quality and often equally as damaging is the water used to put out the fire. We have been mitigating fire damages since 1972 and our experience is critical during a fire loss.

The main line to our water heater burst in our attic and created multiple leaks inside our home. Chris was extremely professional and came out right away to assess the damage. He ensured us that they would work directly with our insurance company to get it all taken care of. He was even able to get a crew out to our home on a Sunday, which was amazing and totally unexpected. They not only got all of the damaged areas demoed with dryers set up, they left their work areas very clean and smelling so much better! I have used this service twice due to a hose going bad on the water heater. Water was everywhere and destroyed my spare room upstairs, and the closet in the master bedroom downstairs. My husband called Resto Medic and spoke with Patrick, who came to our house the same day to assess the damage.
The very next morning a team was at our house. The first thing they did was tear away the wet drywall and floors. The next step was the set up of dehumidifiers and fans to dry everything out. Our Master Bathroom recently flooded the week we were set to close on our house. In a panic we contacted a couple of companies to get quotes to help us out. We ended up going with Resto Medic for a few reasons: they are customer service oriented, professional, very responsive, caring, understanding, extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. The process from start to finish was extremely smooth and they went above and beyond to get things done to get us to close on time.
