This place is awesome! Like literally the greatest and easiest auto experience I've ever had. I had a screw in my tire, I called in and Adam told me to bring it by whenever. Took 15 minutes and a couple of good laughs. Very impressed, I will coming here for any future needs and recommend to friends/family. Highly recommended!

Here we are a few years later and still coming to action auto. Adam, Will, and the entire team here is the example of how an auto shop should operate. I have never called this place to anything but a welcoming, warm friendly voice. They do not push anything that is not needed with your vehicle. I trust my wife and daughter bringing their vehicles here without me because I know this team is honest and care about their customers. This shop is quick and efficient with all of their services and repairs. Thank you

OMG. We were left waiting in wait area while inspection took place. It had to be 90 degrees in there. After a very long time & no one at the front desk we discovered that car keys were sitting at front counter with note left stating " in waiting room". No staff . Finally went to find someone & different mechanic was angry to be disturbed, unapologetic that we had been abandoned for extra at least half hour after job of inspection was completed & on top of it, made sarcastic remark despite us being cordial & without negative reaction to all this. Do they now not only dislike

Exceptional customer service, trash repairs, I had a rear suspension collision, brought it here based on the reviews. Soon as I picked up my car, the issue was still there. Brought it back 5 times and each time I was assured by Mike that my problem was resolved. Took many vacation hours just to spend my time here. After being blown off by three other tire places, luck took me here. Best mechanics around. 100% honest and fair. Been going here for the last 20 years and would never take my vehicles elsewhere. Over those 20 years I have turned on all my friends and family as well as their friends and family to Action.
I highly recommend Action for any and all car needs regardless of make, model, or year.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible Experience
First of all I don't like to write bad reviews. I reached out to the owner Mike on 3 sperate occasions to see if we could work something out before I posted this review. Left message with Adam twice asking to have Mike please give me a call and sent Mike and email on August 24th with no response. Adam told me he discussed it with Mike and told him that I called several times.
I was referred to AA when I purchased a new/used vehicle for a thorough inspection which was $60. I was told I have 50% left on brakes all around and needed new tires. I went ahead

Mike and Adam are amazing, I have been going here for years, I made the mistake of going somewhere else and totally got screwed. Mike and Adam have always been 100% honest and very reasonable, not to mention very personable and they explain everything they are going to do before they do it. I will never take my care anywhere else again. They have a customer for life!!!!

Wow! This is the first time I've ever been treated with such dignity and respect at an automotive repair or service center! It's crazy that in this day and age, being a female and walking into an auto shop I've been met with absolute disregard and disrespect every time... but NOT HERE! Mike was so gracious and respectful and I have to say it is the most refreshing experience I've ever had taking any of my cars to get work done! He spoke to me like a person that knows their cars, not "just another dingbat girl" coming in that can be taken advantage of or lied to. I

Wow! Outrageously good customer service, transparency, and prices. How did it take me this long to find them? Adam and Erica are stellar. I brought in my Ford Edge for a pesky electrical problem that a different shop couldn't diagnose after trying for a day and one of Action's technicians found and resolved it in 20 minutes. Brought my BMW back for a quick (and cheap) tire rotation. I couldn't resist - the next day I brought in my Honda CR-V that was giving us starter issues. First of all, my family and I have gone to Allen for about a decade. The manager over there, Tim I believe and the front desk guy Andrew are jerks, so I was looking for a new tire place to call home, after going to Allen and them wanting me to wait an hour and a half I called three other places and was about to go home when I saw Action Auto & Tire Company right across the street. I needed to get a flat repaired quickly, and head back to work. With my spare on, I stopped at 2 other tire places near by only to be told all their staff would be at lunch from 12-2 and didn't seem like they wanted to do the work. Action Auto quoted me $15 less and said they would get me out ASAP so I could get back to work. thanks guys

Action has always worked on our cars, from 59 caddies to Lamborghini super trucks, their service in the shop was excellent, today while going off roading on local trails, 28 miles up a dirt road on the top of a mountain , my H2 Hummer blew the cooling lines, I called Adam, who called Mike the owner, he was at his girlfriends birthday, found out I was in trouble, got to me in less then two hours ! Fixed and rolling down the mountain.
Absolutely the very best in auto and loyalty to his clients. Hell ya Mike & Adam !! Last thing.....Sammy would be so proud!
