If you are only selling your house, I will sell it for half the standard listing commission. If you are selling and buying a new home, I will sell your house and waive the entire listing agent commission, provided that you buy your new house from me. If you are only buying a home, I will rebate 15% of the commission I get paid back to you.

Technology has made the process of buying/selling homes much easier, and allows much more participation from our clients. However, very few agents have lowered their commission rates to compensate.
The Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Service (WFRMLS) is an exclusive on-line service for real estate brokers, which notifies other realtors the property is for sale. To increase the effectiveness of the Multiple Listing Service, I will ensure that your listing includes a virtual tour that lets buyers view interior and exterior photos.
When you work with Revolution Real Estate, you get all of the following, plus a cash rebate of up to 50% of our commission*, which is paid by the seller. It is critically important to be represented by a buyer's agent when writing an offer on a home. The listing agent works for the seller, not the buyer.
At Revolution Real Estate, we firmly believe in giving back to the community. As such, we have established a practice of donating a portion of every commission to charity. We also encourage our customers to participate, by donating a portion of your rebate/savings, and we'll even match your contribution in certain circumstances.

John Roberts was amazing in assisting in purchasing a home. He was always available for us and showed us many different houses. He was very patient with my picky husband and never made us feel like we were wasting his time. He made the whole process very easy, I'm so happy we decided to go with him. I know several others who were also very pleased with John.

John did a great job and helped me to sell my house quickly and for better than asking price. I LOVE that I didn't have to pay a listing fee! John only charges 1/2 of what other realtors charge, that is 1/5%. Because I also purchased a house with him, he just took his total of 3% from the purchase rather than the sale, this allowed me to not have to pay a commission and to get in to a nicer house without mortgage insurance.
