Excellent experience. Replaced my 20+ year old system with the XV20i AC and an 80% efficiency 2-stage furnace. Previously, the old furnace would blow uncomfortable hot air on us when it kicked on. Now it blows less intense heat that makes it much easier to fall asleep and keeps the house temperature much more even. I can't even hear when the system kicks on, which is very different from my old loud system. I love that I can control the thermostat from my phone and it keeps my kids from tampering with it. Comfort on the Coast went above and beyond to install a new Trane AC/heat pump for my parents' house. I shopped with 2 other companies and Comfort on the Coast is the best for the price. They also serviced the 2nd AC unit while they were there for free. Not many companies will do that. Their warranty is much better than the other two companies as well. Vince took his time to explain everything I needed to make a decision. It was a big purchase and a long term investment. Vince made sure that everything is done right.
