If your project involves a whole residence, a new office or retail space, or a major kitchen/bath remodel, this level of service may be appropriate. It's a good approach if you have limited time or availability to deal with all the myriad details of a complex project.
Your project construction budget should be about $50,000 for this level of service, as my full-service interior design fees are typically 7% to 12% of the general contractor's construction cost.We'll begin with a pre-engagement questionnaire. I'll provide an initial consultation of 90 minutes (fee $200, at your location) in which we'll discuss your project goals, budget and timeline, and your design preferences.

I didn't know Dana when we first began talking about our design project. After a few conversations, my initial thought of having her recommend paint colors quickly grew to include her guidance on lighting, rehab finishing, signage, furniture, decor, & solutions for sound abatement.
