I forgot to come in at the scheduled appointment and came in later and they still took care of my visit with no hesitation and forgiveness. I would have left but they said no and still took care of my visit. I was so apologetic and hope I never do that to anyone again. They were so super, super, super to me. Thank you to them all.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!God bless to them all!!!!!

Wow, my experience with Kolar Eye Vision was great!! It was wonderful to be greeted so warmly and taken care of so thoroughly! Everything from the ladies up front to the experience with the doctor was friendly and heartwarming. They took time out to greet me and make me feel comfortable, even though I didn’t have an appointment and I’ve never been there before. I wish we had more businesses like this! I am truly thankful, ❤️

Not happy. Paid full price for my glasses in April. Was told in May that I would be getting a refund. Called June 16th to check on status of refund. Was told that they would have the lady who handles it call me back. Yep. No call. Just called again today and got the same speech about having her call me back. I will be looking for a new eye doctor for my family's eye care needs.
