We are open! Our hours will be Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 3 pm (closed on Sundays). Our customers and employees are most important to us. In keeping with social distancing standards, we will limit the number of customers in our showroom to 12. This will continue to ensure the safety of our loyal customers as well as our employees.

We will also be disinfecting any jewelry handled promptly before placing it back in our showcases. We pride ourself on housing the most exceptional and diverse inventory in the state. If you have something specific in mind, we offer custom jewelry services to create exactly what you want. Repairs Report

We have two in-house, highly experienced jewelers that work on all repairs and custom designs. This guarantees your jewelry will never leave our store, so you don't have to worry about the safety of your jewelry. Most repairs are same day service. It doesn't matter if your jewelry was originally purchased at Wilkerson Jewelers.

Cleaning Report

Once a Wilkerson customer, you may bring all your jewelry into the store to have it professionally cleaned free of charge whenever you want! While being cleaned, our jewelers will do a free inspection of your jewelry to make sure everything is in good shape. Cleaning only takes a few minutes, so stop in next time you are near Wilkerson Jewelers!

Our Staff Report

Robert comes to us from his hometown of Franklin, North Carolina. As the store manager, Robert brings over 16 years of experience in the jewelry industry. Robert is married to his lovely wife, Lindsey, and they have a daughter Angelina. In Robert's spare time, he and his family enjoy spending time together, and for vacations, they are avid cruisers.

Great experience all the way around. They were Very nice and helpful. I came in with a couple pictures of rings. She liked the band on one and the setting on another. They made it within a week. I shopped around before coming and ended up buying here. I got a nicer ring for a better price. Would buy from again soon.

The customer service I recieved from staff at Wilkersons was beyond undelightful. My boyfriend had purchased a ring from one of there local dealers. The stones kept falling out. The local dealer had closed down and sent my ring back to Wilkersons for replacement, but Wilkersons said the ring was no longer available and I would have a repair again. This is after there repair lady laughed at me because this was purchased as a promise ring. It took over a month to recieve my ring back. Well, a few months later another stone fell out. I sent the ring back again and told them I want the ring
