Installed a system that was faulty. Cameras aren't working. Been calling since august and won't return my calls. Don't use this company. They do not follow thru on their promises.

We have used WatchPoint Surveillance for installation of 51 surveillance cameras and 11 door access controllers for two business locations. The quotes received were final with no change orders and the pricing was very reasonable. The installers did a clean job at both locations and they even rushed to do an emergency install outside of the project scope to add some RJ-45 cable while on-site. A big thank you to the team at WatchPoint!
