My home inspections are a limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home. I am licensed in the state of Washington through training, testing, and certifications. I am a certified Home Inspector for the largest association of inspectors: InterNACHI. I prepare and deliver to the client a written, contemporary report of my findings.
The client then uses the knowledge gained to make informed decisions about their pending real estate purchase. My home inspections start on the exterior. Biggest concerns? Property grading, roof and moisture problems are deficiencies I look for. The grading of the property is very important and I often find grading that will direct rainwater right into the crawlspace or basement causing many types of deficiencies.

Services
I will inspect all the systems of the home and report: condition of the home's heating system; central air conditioning system; interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, crawlspace, basement and structural components.
Partnering with engineering firm licensed in WA, we are providing FHA-HUD manufactured home foundation engineering certification. The engineering firm will provide an engineered stamped certification, verifying the manufactured home is placed on a permanent foundation that complies with the HUD Permanent Foundation Guide for Manufactured Homes (if it does not comply, clear reasons will be stated with imagery).
I have photographed interiors, exteriors and aerials of homes and businesses in many states and cities. No one in the real estate industry can do this job more professionally than I can. Hire a pro! Agents often say that my imaging helped sell the home. I also take very sellable images of the agents themselves.

Our experience with Awesome Day Home Inspection was, well...awesome! This man was a delight to work with and profoundly professional. He was prompt scheduling and completing our inspection as well as returning communications. He took time to walk us through the property and provide a summary if his findings. The full, very organized and detailed report was completed the same night! After working with Awesome Day, I'm not sure I can ever recommend anyone else!
