We had a very positive experience working with Dalco for several recent home projects: new roof, replaced a sliding door, and had siding installed in areas that were painted wood (the rest of the house is brick). Doug was our sales/project manager and he was great to work with. Our selection and installation process was long due the fact that we were also having a patio installed (different builder). It was important for the projects to go in a certain order and Doug/Dalco were accommodating to those needs without any issue. We had several bids for the projects and Dalco provided the best value

When purchasing our new home, our inspector noted significant hail damage on the existing roof. With closing just around the corner we needed the roof replaced promptly. Dalco responded right away, provided a very competitive bid that both the seller and my husband were happy with. Then they responded even faster with crews and materials to complete a high quality job in no time. We closed on time, moved in and now enjoy the sharpest looking roof in the neighborhood. I obtained competitive bids from several roofing companies for a new roof and found that I got a lot more from Dalco for a very competitive price. The communication throughout the install process was very good. With some background in construction I observed the install. What I observed was a lot of little things being done to insure a weather tight roof that is prepared to last.The peace of mind dealing with a local reputable company was also important. I know if there are ever any issues that Dalco will stand behind their product.
