I had a great experience at this dentist office. I've grown up in fear of the dentist because of a bad experience as a child - the doctor broke off a tool in my tooth and didn't even tell us!
I've had a hard time trusting docs and feeling comfortable since. All three dentists here - Dr. Roman, Dr. Vaughan, Dr. Yokum. I can't tell you how glad I am to have found you. Really! I went to a few other dentists in the area, trying to see who would be able to help me best get a lot of work done.

Dr. David Vaughan and Dr. Alicia Yokum put their years of combined training and experience to work offering residents of Washington, PA and other nearby locations a wide variety of dental treatments for patients at every age and stage of dental development.
Denise is a registered Dental Hygienist. She has extensive experience in periodontal care including subgingival scaling and root planning, periodontal maintenance procedures, soft tissue management and in using the Zoom whitening system. Denise's work philosophy is to treat her patients the way "she would want to be treated."

My previous Dentist of 30+ years is no longer in practice. Yesterday was my first visit to Dental Health First. Laura cleaned my teeth. She was very nice and gentle. I saw Dr. Yokum. I really liked her. She is very nice and thorough. Explained and showed you everything. I am looking forward to going back and having her fill two of my teeth. I can't forget the woman in the front office. She was very nice and knowledgeable about dental insurance and told me exactly what my insurance would pay and what my out of the pocket expenses would be. All and all a great experience!

I had a crown reattached because I succumbed to temptation and ate a bit o honey. Dr. Yoccum was very understanding and eager to fix the problem. I also had my routine cleaning in which they were very thorough and gentle. I would recommend them to all my closest friends and family. Always a positive experience.

I do not write many reviews, but I have been going to this practice for years, and it is outstanding! My family and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. Everyone in the office ensures that patients are comfortable. It is evident that the whole team truly cares about their patients, from scheduling to care. Dr. Vaughan is fantastic, and his work is truly exceptional. He is highly skilled, and it is evident that he loves his work. I want to thank them for all they do! I highly recommend this place.

I called and was seen same day with Dr. Yocum for an emergency. I was presented with all my options and felt no pressure with which to choose. The entire staff was friendly and professional from checking in to checking out . An emergency brought me to the office but the experience will keep me coming back for routine dental care.

I can't say enough good things about this practice. I got a referral from a friend in 2007 best referral ever... I see Dr. Vaughn but my kids & I have seen all three doctor's and have only the highest recommendation for each of them. But they also have amazing assistants and friendly, helpful office staff. They all get 5 stars in my book!
