They were super fast even though they seemed really busy and it only took 2 hours just like they told me. They were also very kind and up front about everything. Needed right rear window replaced after some bums broke into my car. Same day service and they were done quicker than expected. The price was fair, too. Hopefully, I won't have any repair needs soon but I know where to go if I do. I highly recommend this place.

Called to try to get a quote for replacing my window after a break-in. The man who answered the phone was immediately INCREDIBLY rude to me and acted annoyed. He scoffed and was abrasive towards me. He scolded me for calling him - I had to call multiple times because the calls weren't going through on my end, and he responded with remarks about hating phone calls. He was annoyed and terse every step of the phone call.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!! I came July 23rd for my driver window to get replaced. They were on time with replacing the window, but there was a chip at the top. I didn’t notice until I got home, but couldn’t call because they were closed. I called back July 26th, and they told me to bring my car and they’ll take a look at it. Today, Wednesday, July 28th, I’m here to bring my car and they took it back right away for replacement for $0.00! They explained to me it may have happened during shipping and handling. Very great business & I’ll be coming back anytime

Not even 36hrs after purchase, smash & grab. A few cars in Walmart parking lot, including my son's car were hit. This is my son's 1st new car, feeling defeated when he should be joyous....I sent him to Milwaukee Auto & Glass. Professional, Reasonable Prices and Quick. The car looks brand new, Thank you!
