I brought my phone in to be repaired. They got it in a lot faster than I anticipated and got parts in quickly. Their quote was a lot less and I expected ($100 max). In the end my phone could not be repaired but I was not charged for the work they did already. They even helped by sending me photos of the inside of my phone to make a case for a refund to the seller. Excellent service and would go here again.

My computer was very slow, would not access the Internet very well and had trouble communicating with my printer. I called Computer HQ and they first attempted to perform the repair at my office. The computer failed again, however, and they returned two more times. Finally, they advised that the computer needed to be brought to the shop. Their receptionist, Averie, traveled to my office and picked up the computer. Computer HQ first tried to repair the hard drive, which would have been the least expensive fix, but sadly, that didn't work either, so they replaced the hard drive. During this

I have not done any business with this company personally. The reason for that is how I was treated on the phone the times I called in for information. That in itself is enough to know that working with these people is a bad idea.
First, they are HORRIBLE about returning phone calls. Absolutely awful. As in they don't.
Second, they are bad about answering the phone at all. If you call between 9 and 9:30 or 5:30-6, they will not answer the phone. Good luck during the middle of the day, too.
Third, there is little to no professionalism when on the phone. It sounds like I am talking to some wash

Considering that most folks who go into local computer stores, will look at the stuff and then leave and buy it on line, I see recommending that they inventory more is the same as recommending suicide.
Their mission is to fix or optimize your computer system, not to be a doormat on the way to an online store.
They have helped me many times, and I appreciate that, and when they could not help me, they did not charge me.

I was told I had to schedule an appointment for an iPad fix. The person that works on iPads was not in that day. I had to call a number, leave a message but no call back. I left a second message. Finally a return call and an appointment 3 days later. I showed up early for the appointment and I was told "sorry he's not in today". No, I'm sorry no call to reschedule. Nothing. I've tried to use their services before but didn't care for it then and it's no different now. So much for using local merchants.

If I had the option, this company would get 0 stars. I attempted to have my Macbook Pro repaired at this shop. Unfortunately the crew could not be of service to me. I was very patient for over a month. Your employees lied to me and said they had serviced MacBooks previously. However I quickly found out they didn't. I retrieved my computer from your business and took it to a professional. The internal hardware was MISSING all of its screws. It was only held together by 1 screw that didn't even go to my computer. Now I am confident that the computer was brought intact with all parts together. The

Computer HQ is AWESOME!!! We had a flood at my workplace yesterday and my computer was sitting in 4 inches of water. I brought it over to Computer HQ and they dried it out, cleaned the motherboard and I did not loose any files.. I was able to pick it up this morning and everything runs great. You all are the greatest.

Very unprofessional service.
First I broke a 4s I phone . They said "no problem we can fix it" . They never even tried to fix it
Second I broke the screen on my iPhone 6 plus so I gave them another chance. The guy at the front desk said “ sure we can fix it it will cost
$225 but I need $168 right now to order the parts which will be here in a week." Well it's been a month and a half and my $168 is gone . Not even a call back.
